RESOLUTION NO. 2019-587
RESOLUTION APPROVING A BISII GRANT AGREEMENT IN
SUPPORT OF RED CEDAR CV OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $33,000 ANNUALLY, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
ENTREPRENEUR AND NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
ASSISTANCE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the grant agreement dated August 5, 2019, between Red Cedar CV of Waterloo, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $33,000 annually, in conjunction with entrepreneur
and new business development assistance, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August 2019.
