RESOLUTION APPROVING PRETREATMENT LAGOON
CONTROLS UPGRADE CONTRACT WITH AUTOMATIC
SYSTEMS OF AMES, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $36,510,
AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Pretreatment Lagoon Controls Upgrade Contract dated August 5, 2019, between
Automatic Systems of Ames, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$36,510, in
conjunction with hardware and software upgrades to the Anaerobic Pretreatment Lagoon controls
serving Tyson Foods, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August 2019.
