AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE PLATTED BUILDING
LINES IN LOTS 30 AND 31 IN CLOVERDALE ACRES
REPLAT NO. 1 FROM 12.5 FEET TO 10 FEET IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted building lines:
Lots 30 and 31 Cloverdale Acres Replat No. 1, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby reduced from 12.5 feet
