RESOLUTION NO. 2019-605
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY B & B BUILDERS & SUPPLY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $329,135.70,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 SIDEWALK REPAIR
PROGRAM - ZONE 8 AND TRAIL REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO.
948, AND RECEIVE AND FILE TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE
BOND.
WHEREAS, B & B Builders & Supply of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 8 and Trail Repairs, Contract
No. 948, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, B & B Builders & Supply, has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$329,135.70.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work for work performed by B & B Builders & Supply, at a total cost of $329,135.70, in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 8 and Trail Repairs, Contract
No. 948, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of August 2019.
