RESOLUTION NO. 2015-950
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
PERFORMED BY RICKLEFS EXCAVATING, LTD OF
ANAMOSA, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT OF $467, 202 .,88
FOR THE LAPORTE ROAD PUMPING STATION AND
FORCE MAIN, CONTRACT #847, AND RECEIVE AND
FILE TWO (2) YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, Ricklefs Excavating, LTD of Anamosa, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $467, 202 . 88, in
conjunction with the LaPorte Road Pumping Station and Force Main,
Contract No. 847, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance of Work performed and a two (2) year maintenance Bond
between Ricklefs Excavating, LTD and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December 2015 .
