RESOLUTION NO. 2019-573
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
AUGUST 19, 2019, FOR THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF
CITY PROPERTY, LOCATED EAST OF 405 DEVONSHIRE
DRIVE, TO 401 DEVONSHIRE, LLC, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$1.00, AND APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE-
FAMILY HOME AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS, AND
AUTHORIZE THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 19th day of August
2019, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the sale and conveyance of property
located east of 405 Devonshire Drive, to 401 Devonshire, LLC, in the amount of $1.00, and
approving a Development Agreement for the construction of a single-family home and related
improvements.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August 2019.
