AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE EIGHT
(8) FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED
ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF 575 PIONEER ROAD IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described drainage easement:
That portion of the westerly eight (8) feet of Lot 69, Martin
Heights First Addition, that is occupied by the single family
residence as shown on the attached plat of survey dated
October 1, 1992, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
