ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 274 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 273, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred Seventy-four
(274).
"274.
Blocks 7 & 8, except Lots 22, 23 & 24 and the vacated street
right-of-way adjoining said Lots 22, 23 & 24 of Block 8, all
in Auditor Rainbow's Plat of Maywood, Second Filing, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "M-1" Light
Industrial District to "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District
as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
