AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE NORTHERLY ONE-HALF
OF THE PLATTED UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE REAR OF PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT 1701 TO 1725 CARRIAGE HILL DRIVE IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility and drainage easement:
The northeasterly ten (10) feet of the southwesterly twenty
(20) feet of Lots 28, 29 30, 31 and 32, Carriage Hill
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
