,N ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (265) MULLAN AVENUE (W)
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND BY ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (265) MULLAN
AVENUE (W) OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED
AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (265) Mullan Avenue (W) of Section 551,
Parking Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection (265) Mullan Avenue (W) of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic
Code, is hereby enacted in lieu -thereof- as follows:
(265) Mullan Avenue (W) Northwest and southeast sides from
Washington Street to the southerly
end of Mullan Avenue Bridge;
northwest side from Washington
Street to Norimer Street; south side
in the 1200 block, or from Norimer
Street to Belmont
