RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR
WORK PERFORMED BY TODD VAN DORN CONSTRUCTION,
OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$347, 258 . 34 FOR THE F. Y. 2014 SIDEWALK REPAIR
PROGRAM - ZONE 4 AND TRAIL REPAIRS, CONTRACT
NO. 863 .
WHEREAS, Todd Van Dorn Construction, of Cedar Falls, Iowa, '
furnished certain materials and performed labor at a total cost of
$347, 258 . 34, in conjunction with the F.Y. 2014 Sidewalk Repair
Program - Zone 4 and Trail Repairs, Contract No. 863, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Certificate of Completion of Project' and Recommendation of
Acceptance of work performed is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December 2015 .
