RESOLUTION` APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
SANITARY SEWER SERVING GREENBELT CENTRE PLAT
NO. 7, AS SUBMITTED BY VJ ENGINEERING, OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA;, AND SEWAGE TREATMENT
AGREEMENT DNR FORM 29 (NOV � 00) WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND THE FINAL
ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION PLANS SUBJECT TO
THE REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE BY THE DNR, AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the construction plans for sanitary sewer serving
Greenbelt Centre Plat No. 7, as submitted by VJ Engineering of
Cedar Falls, Iowa, along with the Sewage Treatment Agreement, DNR
Form 29 (NovOO) , dated December 14, 2015, with the Iowa Department
of Natural Resources, and the final acceptance of construction
plans subject to the review and acceptance by the Iowa Department
of Natural Resources, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December 2015 .
