ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 45 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 44, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Forty-five (45).
"45.
Lot 2, Block 1, Greenfield Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District to "R-2" One and Two Family Residence
District/"C-Z" Conditional Zoning as above described," subject to
the following conditions:
1. A 62 foot buffer on the south side of the lot and 23 foot
buffer on the west side of the lot.
2. No more than five (5) parking spaces to be provided on
the lot.
3 Solid fencing and planting of trees along south and west
sides of lot.
4. All lighting to reflect away from surrounding residences.
5. A drainage plan approved by the City Engineering
Department.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
