AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EIGHT FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED IN VOLD ADDITION IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The eight (8) foot utility easement along Lots 10, 11, 12, 13,
14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, Vold Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
