AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE NORTHERLY EIGHT FOOT
UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE
NORTH SIDE OF 419 VALLEY DRIVE IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described utility easement:
The northerly eight (8) feet of Lot 9, Spier Addition, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the City's
retention of a permanent utility easement along the east eight (8)
feet of Lot 9, Spier Addition.
