AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EAST -WEST ALLEY
GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN WEST FIRST STREET
AND WEST MULLAN AVENUE, NORTH OF JEFFERSON
STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The east -west alley in Block 11, Original Waterloo West, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the City's
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above the
above described property.
