AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE REMAINING 240 FEET
OF THE NORTH -SOUTH ALLEY GENERALLY LOCATED
ALONG THE EASTERLY SIDE OF THE PARKING LOT OF
GRACE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 633 WALNUT
STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The 20 foot wide north -south alley in Block 81, Cooley
Addition, excepting the northerly 60 feet, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the City's
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above the
above described property.
