AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE UTILITY EASEMENT
GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF
1814 COACHMAN DRIVE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described utility easement:
The northerly 5 feet of Lot 60, excepting the easterly 8 feet
and the southerly 5 feet of Lot 59, excepting the easterly 8
feet, all in Carriage Hill Second Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
