AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
ADDING SECTION 571B, NO PARKING 6:00 P.M. TO
5:00 A.M.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Section 571B, No Parking 6:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., is hereby
added to the 1991 Traffic Code as follows:
SEC. 571B. NO PARKING 6:00 P.M. TO 5:00 A.M.
When signs are erected in each block, or portion
giving notice, no person shall park a vehicle between the
6:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on any day within the district and
of the streets or portions thereof named herein:
(1) Fourth Street (E) East side in the 900,
