RESOLUTION APPROVING STATE OF IOWA GRADE

tr :- o CROSSING SURFACE REPAIR FORCE ACCOUNT
s ▪ r AGREEMENT WITH CANADIAN NATIONAL AND IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the State of Iowa Grade Crossing Surface Repair Force
Account Agreement dated February 23 , 2009, at a cost of
C- $58 , 309 . 00 , with estimated city' s share of $12 , 462 . 00 , for
construction of Maynard Avenue crossing, by and between Canadian
National, Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
