t RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
s r AGREEMENT WITH AECOM AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 23 , 2009,
c' at a cost of $328 , 000 . 00 , for certification of the levee system,
by and between AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 2009 .
