c ` WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans , specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
F.Y. 2009 Riverview Recreational Trail, Contract No. 726 , in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
-- ': ' WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2009
Riverview Recreational Trail, Contract No . 726, which were
preliminarily approved on February 2 , 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
February 23 , 2009 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2009 Riverview Recreational Trail,
Contract No . 726 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 2009 .
