RESOLUTION NO. 2009-137
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
2009 RIVERFRONT STADIUM G
BANDSTAND STRUCTURAL
n; < REPAIRS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2009-136, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc . , for the 2009 Riverfront Stadium
Grandstand Structural Repairs, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
have been approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing
prescribed by statute .
H NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 2009 .
