RESOLUTION NO. 2009-142
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AMENT,
INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated February 23 , 2009, at a cost of
$32 , 900 . 00 , to provide engineering design services for traffic
safety improvements at U. S . 63 and Ridgeway Avenue, U. S . 218 and
18th Street/Williston Avenue, by and between Ament, Inc . of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 2009 .
