c RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH VJ
ENGINEERING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the agreement dated February 23 , 2009, at a cost of
c $31., 000 . 00, to provide engineering services for further
development and design of the Martin Road Industrial Park, by and
between VJ Engineering of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 2009 .
