c RESOLUTION APPROVING THREE-YEAR AGREEMENT
s WITH DENVER CONSTRUCTION INC. AND DIRECTING
- H EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

r^ c" BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the Three-Year Agreement dated February 23 , 2009, at a cost
c of $54 . 26 per ton, for the Drop Off Site Recycling Collection and
Disposal Program, by and between Denver Construction Inc . of
Denver, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
'execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 2009 .
