BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-h :t the agreement dated February 23 , 2009 , at a cost of
c $8,100 . 00, for a feasibility study relating to the development of
the San Marnan Drive Recreational Trail through the Tower Park
developed area from the Veridian site to Kimball Avenue, by and
between JDE Engineering of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 2009 .
