-,--==. 7_ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
th . - the First Amendment to the Purchase and Sale Agreement dated
February 23 , 2009, for the purchase of Crossroads Fire Station
Number 8 generally located at the northwest corner of LaPorte
Road and San Marnan Drive, by and between First Equity
Acquisitions, LLC of Rolling Meadows, Illinois and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 2009 .
