WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
superintendent of Central Garage, to prepare and file
`: specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . , for the
Purchase of One (1) 12" Flood Control Pump, Two (2) 6" Flood
Control Pumps and Fourteen (14) 4" Flood Control Pumps, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
z WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Central Garage has filed said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 2009 .
