G _ RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
_ SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2009 RIVERFRONT STADIUM
LOCKER ROOM RENOVATIONS - PHASES I AND II .

7 ter- WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc . , for the 2009 Riverfront Stadium Locker Room Renovations -
Phases I and II, in the City of ``" aterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc .2009 Riverfront Stadium Locker Room Renovations for
and II, which were preliminarily - Phases I
and approved on February 9, 2009,
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 2,
2009 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the 2009 Riverfront Stadium Locker Room
Renovations - Phases I and II, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 2009 .
