WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
F. Y: 2009 Permanent Closure of Black Hawk Creek Railroad
Crossings, Contract No. 747, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F. Y. 2009
Permanent Closure of Black Hawk Creek Railroad Crossings,
Contract No. 747 , which were preliminarily approved on
February 16, 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 2 ,
2009 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the F. Y. 2009 Permanent Closure of Black Hawk
Creek Railroad Crossings, Contract No. 747 , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of Mar h, 2009 .
