$E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the bid of KWS Electric of Cedar Falls, Iowa, in the
amount of $12 , 247 . 00, for the Installation of Signs, Sign
Supports and Paving Markings at Allen and West 4th Streets, CS-
TSF78155 (699) -85-07, described in the plans and specifications
heTetpfore adopted by this Council for said project, after public
hearing on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk are hereby directed to
execute contract with the said contractor for the construction of
said_ improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City
until approved by this Council .
