DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

Y_ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated March 2 , 2009, for
construction of a new 3 , 920 square foot building generally
located at 3805 West Airline Highway, with a new taxable value of
$80 , 000 . 00 and tax rebatements for five years at 50 percent, by
