ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 47 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 46, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Forty-seven (47).
"47.
Lots 3, 4 and 5 and the north 1/2 of the vacated alley
adjoining said lots, all in Block 6, Hagerman Place, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C -i" Commercial
District to "C -i" Commercial District/"C-Z" Conditional Zoning as
above described," subject to the condition of no outside storage of
any kind on the site.
Section 2. That the Acting Clerk/Auditor be, and she is
hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
