AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (2) FIFTH ST. (E) OF
SECTION 568, NO PARKING 8:00 A.M. TO 4:00
P.M.; AND BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 568A, NO
PARKING 7:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (2) Fifth St. (E) of Section 568, No Parking
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., of the 1991 Traffic Code is hereby repealed
in its entirety.
That a new Section 568A, No Parking 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. is
hereby added to the 1991 Traffic Code as follows:
SEC. 568A. NO PARKING 7:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M.
When signs are erected in each block, or portion thereof,
giving notice, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours of
7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on any day except Saturday, Sunday and
holidays within the district and upon any of the streets or
portions thereof as named herein:
(1) Fifth St. (W) Southeast side from Locust Street to
Western Avenue
