AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF KING DRIVE
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described portion of King Drive:
All that part of King Drive, as platted in St. Francis
professional Park in Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, lying
north of the south line of Tract A extended west to the east
line of Parcel 1 and east to the southwest corner of Parcel
10, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
