ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 49 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 48, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Forty-nine (49).
"49.
Original Plat East Waterloo, Bljck 45, Lot 10 except NW 44
feet, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-2" Commercial
District to "C -Z" Conditional Zoning, as above described", subject
to the following conditions:
1. The existing 28' x 36' commercial building shall meet the
commercial building code of the City of Waterloo.
2. There shall be no storage of equipment or supplies
outside of the building.
3. The applicant shall provide a hard surfaced parking lot
containing a minimum of three (3) parking spaces.
4. A revised site plan shall be submitted showing the
required screening of the parking lot from surrounding
residences and landscaping of the lot.
Section 2. That the Acting Clerk/Auditor be, and she is
hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.

the Mayor on the 13th day of October, 1993.
