RESOLUTION NO. 2009-164
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
C & S CAR COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the lease agreement dated March 2 , 2009 , to provide a 2008
Hyundai Entorage van to be used by the Waterloo Police Department
School Resource Officer Program, by and between C & S Car Company
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
-is- hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk
atathorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
:Iowa.
