ARCHITECTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

t. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
cIt the agreement dated March 2 , 2009, at a cost not to exceed
$22, 500 . 00, for architectural services for reconstruction of the
haat house building in Cedar River Park, by and between AHTS
,, Architects of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
'and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
