NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated March 2 , 2009, for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between Dennis and Jane Messingham and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
