�. x WHEREAS, Dennis and Jane Messingham have paid the Waterloo
kiEr Works the remaining balance of the Promissory Note and
Iottgaj for 11309 Kimball Avenue in conjunction with the Kimball
Soiith Rural Water Main Project for the following described
property:
Hin The North Ten (10) Rods of the West Thirty-two (32)
s Rods of the South Sixty (60) acres of the Northwest
.7: Quarter (NW1/,) of Section Fifteen (15) , Township Eighty-
seven (87) North, Range Thirteen (13 ) West of the Fifth
r..1 Principal Principal Meridian in Black Hawk County, Iowa, except
that part deeded to Black Hawk County, Iowa, in Land
Deed Record Book 545 at page 622 , all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated
March 2 , 2009, for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction with
the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between Dennis
and Jane Messingham and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day • March, 2009 .
