s RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
N AGREEMENT WITH AECOM AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
s n o OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated March 2 , 2009 , at
an estimated cost of $369, 000 . 00 , for disinfection facilities for
the Waterloo Easton Avenue Water Pollution Control Facility, by
and between AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
