BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that_, the application dated March 2 , 2009, for Community Disaster
Graxt funding in the amount of $217 , 800 . 00 , with no required
mach, to be used for the purchase of one (1) 12" flood control
pump, two (2) 6" flood control pumps, and fourteen (14) 4" flood
co ntzol pumps, by and between Iowa Homeland Security, Emergency
Management Division and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Waste
Management Services be hereby declared the grant manager.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day o +arc , 2009 .
