sn WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
,_ Official/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
• cost, etc . , for the Commercial Street Parking Ramp Repairs, Phase
I, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said plans, specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , and the Council of the City
pfWaterloo, Iowa, having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans , specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 2009 .
