BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 16th day of March, 2009, for
the -:pulse of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
2009 Riverfront Stadium First Base Party Deck Replacement, in the
City of Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
