c s WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
guperintendent of Central Garage, to prepare and file
spgGifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . , for the

PA_rc-hase of One (1) 2009 Ford F-350 Truck with Service Body, in
the -City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,
and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Central Garage has filed said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . , and the
COUncil of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 2009 .
