• Seetion 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 16th day of March, 2009, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . for the
Purc ' of One (1) 2009 Ford F-350 Truck with Service Body, in
the--caiy of Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish- notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 2009 .
