SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
s CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR
c ASBESTOS REMOVAL, CONTRACT NO. 133-AR-04-13-

H WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Contracts and Grants Coordinator, to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc . , for Asbestos Removal , Contract No. l33-AR-04-13-09-
GO, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications , and
WHEREAS, the Contracts and Grants Coordinator has filed said
plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate
of cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications , form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day . March, 2009 .
