WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Fire
h-ief, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the 2008
Hazardous Materials Fire Training Center 8" Water Main Extension
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
'. WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has filed said plans,
spec_ifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
;considered the same .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
