RESOLUTION NO. 2019-500
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RIVERLOOP PUBLIC MARKET
FIRE SUPPRESSION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director of said city to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Riverloop Public Market Fire
Suppression Project, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Riverloop Public Market Fire
Suppression Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 1, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Riverloop Public Market Fire Suppression Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July 2019.
