RESOLUTION NO. 2019-501
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RIVERLOOP PUBLIC MARKET
FIRE SUPPRESSION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2019-500, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Riverloop Public Market Fire Suppression Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said program proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of July 2019.
